create an LVM logical volume in % remaining free space
Create an LVM logical volume called /dev/volgroup/logvol, using approximately percent % of the free space remaining in the volume
group. Most usefully, when percent is @100 this will create the largest possible LV.
This function depends on the feature "lvm2". See also feature_available.
