Creation methods:

  Initialize a GObject for processing and extracting media art.

Methods:

  Processes a memory buffer represented by buffer and buffer.length.
• public bool file (Type type, ProcessFlags flags, File file, string? artist, string? title) throws Error
  Process file and check if media art exists and if it is up to date with artist and title provided.
• public bool uri (Type type, ProcessFlags flags, string uri, string? artist, string? title) throws Error
  This function calls file, but takes the uri as a string rather than a File object.
