Asynchronously lists the SIM slots available in the Modem.
The returned array contains one element per slot available in the system; a Sim in each of
the slots that contains a valid SIM card or null if no SIM card is found.
When the operation is finished, callback will be invoked in the thread-default main loop of the thread you are calling this
method from. You can then call list_sim_slots.end to get the result of the operation.
