get_signal_quality

Description:

public uint get_signal_quality (out bool recent)

Gets the signal quality value in percent (0 - 100) of the dominant access technology the Modem is using to communicate with the network.

Always 0 for POTS devices.

A Modem.
recent

Return location for the flag specifying if the signal quality value was recent or not.

Returns:

The signal quality.
