Description:

Creates a `GdkPaintable` representation of the item at path.

Note:

Use [class@Gtk.GridView] instead

This image is used for a drag icon.

Parameters:

this

a `GtkIconView`
path

a `GtkTreePath` in this

Returns:

a newly-allocated `GdkPaintable` of the drag icon.
