Returns:

whether the "phase 1" PEAP label is new-style or old-style, to be used when authenticating with EAP-PEAP, as contained in the phase1_peaplabel property. Valid values are null (unset), "0" (use old-style label), and "1" (use new-style label). See the wpa_supplicant documentation for more details.
