get_phase2_ca_path

Returns the path of the "phase 2" CA certificate directory if previously set.

Systems will often have a directory that contains multiple individual CA certificates which the supplicant can then add to the verification chain. This may be used in addition to the NMSetting8021x:phase2-ca-cert property to add more CA certificates for verifying the network to client.
