Asynchronously request the this contents converted to a string.

This is a simple wrapper around [method@Gdk.Clipboard.read_value_async]. Use that function or [method@Gdk.Clipboard.read_async] directly if you need more control over the operation.

Parameters:

this	a `GdkClipboard`
cancellable	optional `GCancellable` object
callback	callback to call when the request is satisfied
user_data	the data to pass to callback function
