get_strikethrough_position

Gets the suggested position to draw the strikethrough.

The value returned is the distance *above* the baseline of the top of the strikethrough.

Parameters:

this	a `PangoFontMetrics` structure

Returns:

the suggested strikethrough position, in Pango units.
