get_iterator

Create a iterator initialized to the beginning of the list.

this must not be modified until this iterator is freed.

Parameters:

this	a `PangoAttrList`

Returns:

the newly allocated `PangoAttrIterator`, which should be freed with [method@Pango.AttrIterator.destroy]
