Asynchronously responds to a USSD request that is either initiated by the mobile network, or that is awaiting further input after a previous call to initiate.
When the operation is finished, callback will be invoked in the thread-default main loop of the thread you are calling this
method from. You can then call respond.end to get the result of the operation.
