get_data_handler_dbms

Description:

public unowned DataHandler get_data_handler_dbms (Connection? cnc, string for_type)

Find a DataHandler object to manipulate data of type for_type.

Note: this function is currently very poorly implemented by database providers.

Parameters:

this

a server provider.
cnc

a Connection object, or null
for_type

a DBMS type definition

Returns:

a DataHandler, or null if the provider does not know about the for_type type
