If this is retrieved from GetStatus or Status, it indicates that connection has not yet been attempted.

If seen in a StatusChanged signal, it indicates that the connection has failed; the Connection object SHOULD be removed from D-Bus immediately, and all subsequent method calls SHOULD fail.
