is_maximized

Description:

public bool is_maximized ()

Gets whether this is maximized.

Maximization state may change anytime a state_changed signal gets emitted.

As for GDK, "maximized" means both vertically and horizontally. If this is maximized in only one direction, then this is not considered maximized.
