get_error_rate

Description:

Gets the channel error rate (BER, BLER,... depends on the RAT), in percentage.

Applicable to all RAT.

Parameters:

a Signal.

Returns:

the error rate, or MM_SIGNAL_UNKNOWN if unknown.
