CLOSURE - The closure must be the same.
DATA - The closure data must be the same.
DETAIL - The signal detail must be equal.
FUNC - The C closure callback must be the same.
ID - The signal id must be equal.
MASK - A mask for all SignalMatchType bits.
UNBLOCKED - Only unblocked signals may be matched.
