the position of the specified portion at the same coordinates.
- CENTER - Scale from the center.

- NORTH - Scale from topmost downwards
- NORTH_EAST - Scale from the top
- NORTH_WEST - Scale from the top
- SOUTH - Scale from the bottom upwards
